Shipping charges are based on your total order and are displayed during the checkout process.
Our domestic shipping charges apply to the 48 mainland states only. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all International shipments will incur different shipping charges. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico a sales representative will contact you with that amount after your order is received and prior to shipping your order.
Your order will be shipped using UPS Ground service. Should there be an issue or question regarding your order, we will contact you by phone or by email. Please be sure we have a daytime phone and email address in the event we need to contact you.
We also offer expedited shipping, including overnight and 2-day service. Please call or email us with your special shipping request at sales@freestonepromotions.com
Transit Times: Generally speaking, both the east and west coast are 4-5 business days. Southern and Central states 3-5 business days. If transit time is critical to your project please call us on 303-699-9299 or email us at sales@freestonepromotions.com.
